Global Water Solutions ' PressureWave™ PWB-4LX tank is ideal for a wide range of applications including pressurization systems, artesian wells, irrigation systems, constant pressure systems, variable frequency electronic systems, thermal expansion, water hammer protection.
The PressureWave™ PWB-4LX Series is constructed from an original polypropylene liner combined with a high quality FDA (Food and Drug Administration) approved butyl diaphragm with a single diaphragm design; this is pressed to the tank walls by a steel sealing ring. The hermetically sealed dust cap protecting the pre-charge valve prevents air leaks.
The water enters the tank through a patented hydraulic connection made of stainless steel.
All internal parts, including the air valve, are rounded to prevent the diaphragm from puncturing.
On the outside, the almond-coloured two-component polyurethane paint applied to an epoxy base guarantees high resistance to atmospheric agents and durability over the years.
PressureWave™ tanks undergo quality testing at multiple stages throughout the manufacturing process to ensure the structural integrity of each tank.
