  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
